Shipping and Returns


  • Jewelry/accessories - we do NOT accept any returns for jewelry or accessories. If an items arrives broken, please notify us at upon receipt of your order.
  • Home decor - we do not accept returns for home decor. We are a small shop and won't except returns on home decor simply for "a change of mind". Please email us at if there are any questions regarding items and we can discuss how to proceed. 


  • All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. If you did not receive a tracking email please check your email address is correct on the order. 
  • We ship through USPS.
  • Please note that incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs. 
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please let us know if any of these happen at
  • We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that delays are possible. We typically ship out orders in batches 2-3 times a week. 

Local pickup: If you would like to pickup your order at Vault + Vine in East Falls, select LOCAL PICKUP at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup with directions and instructions. THIS CODE IS FOR LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.
